No, you're not experiencing deja vu! We're covering another film called ALONE this week, this time a tight zombie thriller with a terrific Donald Sutherland role.
In our FIRST CHOP, Tim goes hunting for THE BLACKWELL GHOST (2017), but there's a CAVEAT (2020)! We'll also have a fairly in-depth discussion of the bizarre and disturbing "lost" George A. Romero film THE AMUSEMENT PARK (1973)!
Then we check out our feature film, an intimate "zombie" film set during a global pandemic which turns humans into savage angry monsters. A man named Aidan becomes trapped in his apartment, facing the apocalyptic world...alone. We're tired of zombie movies, but did this one manage to win us over, or should it have stayed in solitary confinement?
